What are the benefits of an oil change?

We can consider everything, from climate, to your vehicle and mileage, to the way you drive, before recommending which oil is right for your car. Oil change benefits include:

Appontment
1

Cleaner engine

2

Longer engine life

3

Lower vehicle emissions

4

Better gas mileage

5

Better engine performance

What does antifreeze/coolant do?

Much like you, your car or truck’s engine needs to be hydrated while running, especially in extreme weather. In order for your engine to maintain the desired operating temperature the cooling system needs to redistribute heat away from the engine. This is accomplished by circulating coolant from the engine and through the radiator.
Over time your antifreeze/coolant will start to break down from everyday usage and will stop protecting your cooling system properly. This could cause:

1

Major engine damage

2

Damage to the radiator

3

Damage to the heater core

4

Damage to cooling system components

5

Corrosion problems

What is brake fluid?

Your car’s brake system is a vital part of your vehicle and needs to function properly to help keep you and others safe. And it’s your brake fluid that really helps control your stopping power. Brake fluid is a hydraulic fluid, which means it actually operates or moves the different parts in your vehicle’s braking system.

Mobirise

Our brake fluid flush service.
With our brake fluid exchange service, we start by removing your car’s old brake fluid from the system, including the master cylinder reservoir. Next, starting at the Brake Fluid Cap, we fill the brake system with new manufacturers’ approved brake fluid until fresh fluid is flowing from each wheel location.

What is differential fluid?

The differential is part of a larger system called the drivetrain, which transfers power evenly from your engine to all drive wheels and helps vary the amount of torque delivered. The differential is a special gear box that allows the drive wheels to rotate or turn at different speeds, which must happen in order for you to turn a corner smoothly. Differential fluid or differential oil keeps these gears lubricated so they function properly.

Differential fluid exchange benefits.
Exchanging old differential fluid with new high-quality synthetic differential oil helps:

1

Reduce friction and extend the life of gears

2

Keep heat levels in check and prevent fluid break down

3

Replenish other additives that also aid in the efficient functioning of your vehicle

What is power steering fluid?

Your car’ power steering system helps you turn your steering wheel with minimal effort. This system and its components need proper lubrication or power steering fluid to prevent friction and wear while helping to provide ultimate control.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO CHANGE YOUR CAR’S POWER STEERING FLUID?
Over time, your car’s power steering fluid gets contaminated with impurities that can cause premature wear and damage to your power steering system components. Exchanging old power steering fluid with new, high-quality synthetic power steering fluid helps replenish and protect the components of your steering system.

How do I know I need this service?
Although it may not be listed among your car or truck’s regularly scheduled maintenance, but replacing your power steering fluid may help if you are experiencing any of these symptoms:

1

Noisy or screeching steering

2

Jerky or jumpy power steering

3

Change in the ease of steering

What is transmission fluid?

Transmission gears are responsible for the transfer of power from the engine to the wheels and regulating your speed. The transmission fluid cools and lubricates these gears. Over time, transmission fluid breaks down and loses its lubricating ability.

Mobirise

Transmission fluid.
With our transmission fluid exchange service we don’t remove your vehicle’s drain pan. We extract the fluid through the vehicle’s dipstick fill tube and remove up to 90 percent of the fluid. This ensures that a greater amount of fluid is replaced, as compared to conventional drain pan removal.
